The specific skills can be taught quickly. The underlying hardware cannot.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

• Get hands on experience across our departments, directly contributing to key projects.

• Within each department, you’ll be on a general rotation across a few major functions

  • For example, for growth this includes, but is not limited to Lifecycle, Product, Marketing, Paid media, Organic

• You’ll report into the functional leaders and learn by doing, on the job

• You’ll be expected to learn the tools of the job as you go (e.g Meta ads manager, Braze for lifecycle, Omni/Amplitude for data, amongst other things)

• You’ll often work cross functionally

• You’ll need to be impeccably sharp and omnitalented - context switching across multiple functions

• You DON'T need any experience. That's a plus - what we’re really looking for is the correct raw ingredients (intelligence / agency)

• You’ll bear the existential weight of the company as much as the founders & early employees.

• If you’re the right fit - you’ll love every moment of it.

• Someone looking for uncapped growth. You don't want to be limited by yearly promotion programs and the general lameness of the corporate world. Your ability to win defines the gradient of your growth.

• You studied math/physics/chem deeply or are a gifted writer. It's a proxy for general raw ability.
