Job Description

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative for our SpringWell water filtration business, you'll help guide homeowners to the right high-performance filtration and treatment solutions. You'll manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat and email, using consultative selling to recommend tailored, trustworthy solutions.

Success in this role comes from learning quickly, taking initiative, communicating clearly, and partnering across teams to refine processes and elevate the customer experience. You'll build trust with homeowners by asking the right questions, simplifying complex product information, and recommending solutions that best meet their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first voice homeowners hear from SpringWell, engaging inbound prospects by phone, chat, email and scheduled follow-ups, and independently owning the full sales cycle for standard and moderately complex system configurations.

  • Conduct structured, needs-based discovery to understand each customer's water quality concerns, translating test results and technical detail into plain language a homeowner can act on.

  • Educate customers on SpringWell products and solutions in a clear, consultative way, and recommend system configurations aligned to their needs, budget and installation requirements.

  • Progress assigned opportunities through defined sales stages toward close, confidently handling common objections on pricing, installation and product differentiation.

  • Deliver a professional, trust-building customer experience that drives conversion and builds long-term brand credibility - the kind of conversation that makes someone recommend us to a neighbor.

  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records including call notes, follow-ups and pipeline activity, so the forecast reflects reality.

  • Keep building product depth across system capabilities, installation factors and competitive alternatives, escalating advanced technical scenarios while learning to resolve them independently over time.

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and productivity targets, balancing high inbound lead volume with conversion quality and follow-up discipline, and spotting upsell or cross-sell opportunities within approved product configurations.

  • Share what you're hearing (recurring questions, objections and water concerns) with teammates, marketing and product, so the whole team gets sharper.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, with a track record of results

  • Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from qualification through close

  • Strong needs-based discovery and objection-handling skills

  • Experience selling higher-consideration or consultative products, rather than purely transactional ones

  • The ability to manage high inbound lead volume while maintaining conversion discipline

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for managing pipeline, follow-ups and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background selling water treatment, home services, or other technical home-improvement systems (e.g., HVAC or solar).

  • Deep understanding of residential water quality concerns and installation requirements.
