What you'll be doing.
- Partner with Sales leadership teams to align people strategies with commercial business objectives and growth priorities.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, and talent risk management.
- Lead talent review, performance management, succession planning, and development planning processes across the Sales organization.
- Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent while building robust succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Collaborate with Talent and Learning teams to accelerate leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
- Support organizational design, resource planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness initiatives to optimize business performance.
- Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and policy interpretation while mitigating organizational risk.
- Leverage workforce analytics, people insights, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of digital tools, AI-enabled technologies, and modern ways of working to improve employee experiences and business outcomes.
- Lead the people side of organizational changes, transformations, and business initiatives to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and leadership teams.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business goals.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, customer-facing, or matrixed organizations preferred.
- Strong coaching, influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using workforce analytics, technology, digital solutions, or AI-enabled tools to drive people and business outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and change leadership capabilities.
- Master's degree and HR certification/designation (CHRP, CHRL, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) considered an asset.
