We are looking for a rock star HR Business Partner with robust, proven experience in common HR functions such as, policy improvement, performance management, org design, escalated employee relations, etc. This role will report into the Director, HRBP and work closely with Sales employees and managers, and provide both strategic and tactical support.
What you’ll do:
• Initiate and participate in projects that drive business improvement, engage with employees/managers to understand culture and connect with the team, and participate in and lead change initiatives and communication efforts
• In partnership with the ER Generalist, you will provide coaching/counseling advice to Sales managers and employees, and work to resolve employee relations issues quickly.
• Coach Sales managers to anticipate talent issues proactively
• Be a problem solver in tough talent situations and recommend solutions with high business acumen
• Partner with HR Ops team to identify and improve standard processes that help drive effectiveness and efficiency in our operational delivery
• Work with cross functional stakeholders to execute on HR processes (e.g., working with HR Ops on delivery of HR services, invol terminations, partnering with legal on involuntary termination agreements, partnering with HRIS team to support the business using Workday, etc)
• Assist in the design and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with eHealth’s overall talent strategy
• Support the creation and delivery of just in time training to support existing and new business processes and initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in an HR Generalist/HRBP role
• Experience supporting a high growth Sales organization
• Strong understanding of HR processes across employee life cycle
• Working and practical knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, data management and employment laws
