The HR Digital Solutions Intern will support the creation of an Equity Compensation Resource Hub on the intranet, develop informative content, and collaborate with various teams for accuracy.
HR Digital Solutions Intern
Support the development of an internal Equity Compensation Resource Hub on DV’s intranet.
The goal of this project is to create a centralized, easy-to-navigate site that helps employees
understand DV’s equity incentive plan, including the employee stock purchase program.
The intern will help design the structure of the site, develop educational content, and organize
key resources so employees can easily access information about equity awards, vesting, and
other related processes. This role will involve collaboration with the Equity Compensation team,
HRBPs, Legal and Finance.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in building and organizing an equity compensation resource site on the DV intranet.
- Develop clear, employee-friendly content explaining equity incentive plans and related
- processes
- Create FAQs, guides, and educational materials related to equity compensation
- Develop visuals / diagrams to illustrate key concepts (e.g., grant, vesting, exercise)
- Organize content into a logical site structure and navigation
- Coordinate with HR, Legal and Finance teams to ensure content accuracy and clarity
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Communications,
- or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and research abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Interest in HR, compensation, or employee benefits
- Basic experience creating visual or educational content
