Role Value Proposition:
As a member of MetLife's Human Resources Digital Solutions team, the HR Digital Solutions Process & Operations Director is a key role that will create, monitor, maintain and make continuous improvements in our HR Digital Solutions team's processes which help define and drive our work. This role manages a team of HR professionals who oversee specific processes and operational areas across HR Digital Solutions. As we align to the new MetLife New Frontier strategy, this role will focus on process excellence related to how we intake new work, govern the work we do, and manage the operations of our key systems. The incumbent plays a critical role in partnering with stakeholders across MetLife and working with our key 3 rd party providers. The ability to partner across the HR Digital Solutions team, the HR team, as well as our Global Technology organization will be key to their success. Additionally, this role will partner with the HR Supplier and Process Management team to ensure that the HR Digital Solution team processes align and integrate with broader HR work. Beyond the broad HR Digital Solution's processes, this role will also manage the Learning and Development (L&D) administrative processes related to our L&D tools and their use.

- Influence and oversee critical HR Digital Solutions processes, governance frameworks and essential release management areas.
- Provide oversight and management of HR Digital Solutions budgets and processes.
- Collaborate with the HR Digital Solutions leadership team to oversee the efficient and effective operation of HR systems, ensuring they meet performance, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Manage and oversee L&D operational processes related to systems and tools.
- Collaborate on the development of a strategic vision for HR technology solutions that support both immediate and future business goals.
- Manage and provide ongoing development opportunities for a team of HR Technology professionals.
- Support of a learning culture that cultivates collaboration and innovation in support of achieving individual and business goals.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives/projects/programs to expand network and sphere of influence.
- Collaborate with both internal and external support teams to ensure that BAU and cyclical activities are properly resourced and supported.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications):

Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in an operational capacity for a global HR Digital Solutions team, or other global HR function combined with experience in process development and/or Business process reengineering
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams. Experience managing a virtual team preferred.
- Experience working with key HR technologies such as Learning Management platforms, Talent platforms, Recruiting tools, Payroll platforms or Core HCM.
- Experience with process automation and optimization.
- Strong comprehension of HR functions and processes.
- Knowledge of privacy, compliance and risk management practices related to HR technology.
