We’re hiring a strategic and results-driven HR Director of Growth Enablement in Syracuse, NY to lead U.S. Talent Acquisition and drive workforce strategies that support scalability, agility, and cost-efficiency. This role will play a critical leadership role in organizational transformation to prepare the organization for growth—including change management, M&A talent integration, and HR Delivery Model evolution. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HR and Talent Acquisition operations, U.S. hiring dynamics and excels at guiding organizations through complexity and change while building future-ready talent systems and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Lead HR projects related to organizational change.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on change impacts.
  • Design and deliver training programs for change initiatives.
  • Monitor and adjust change management efforts.
  • Provide guidance on change-related issues.
  • Foster continuous improvement within HR.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy, incorporating AI, automation, and innovative tools to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies and other partners.
  • Enhance candidate experience and monitor success metrics.
  • Champion recruitment compliance and governance.
  • Support and share best practices for global projects.
  • Improve the Applicant Tracking System and Career Portals.
  • Implement the Employee Value Proposition in Talent Attraction Efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change.
  • Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge across all HR workstreams.
  • Experience managing virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Expected compensation range is between $150,000 - $220,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
