This is a remote position.
We are hiring an HR Executive to help build a strong employee experience on a young, fast-moving People function, working directly with employees and business leaders. It is a hands-on generalist role spanning Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition Support, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HR Operations, with real ownership rather than just tracker maintenance, and it is well suited to someone early in their HR career.
Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
• Be the go-to HR contact for employees' day-to-day queries and support.
• Plan and run engagement activities, virtual events, celebrations, and team initiatives with fresh, remote-friendly ideas.
• Support employee feedback, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Support
• Coordinate recruitment logistics
• Support offer letter preparation and pre-joining coordination, with clear candidate communication throughout.
• Own end-to-end onboarding, from documentation and forms to smooth welcome.
• Manage offboarding, including documentation, communication, exit formalities, and feedback.
• Support organization-wide People initiatives and own smaller HR projects end to end.
• Contribute to culture-building for a remote-first team.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Flag process gaps and suggest simpler ways of working.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization.
• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
• Genuine interest in building a career in HR / People & Culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
• Proactive: takes initiative without waiting to be told.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, documents, and basic HR tools.
• Maintains confidentiality when handling employee information.
