Blockaid is redefining trust in blockchain through advanced, integrated security. Our on-chain security platform is trusted by leading Web3 companies—including Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, Backpack, Stellar, and others—to detect, understand, and automatically prevent or minimize the impact of fraud, scams, hacks, and financial threats.

We are backed by top-tier global investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts—firms known for supporting the most innovative and influential companies in technology and cybersecurity.

As an HR Generalist at Blockaid, you will play a critical role in scaling our organization by partnering closely with leaders while owning core people processes end to end. This role blends HR Business Partner responsibilities with hands-on Talent Acquisition, supporting our go-to-market (GTM) teams and broader organization as we grow.

This is a high-impact, builder role for someone who enjoys operating at both the strategic and execution levels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Chain of Impact:

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to GTM leaders and managers, supporting them across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to development, performance, and retention.
  • Coach managers on people leadership topics including performance management, feedback, engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations topics, ensuring issues are handled thoughtfully, consistently, and in line with company values and local labor laws.
  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for GTM and other business-critical roles, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and drive efficient hiring processes.
  • Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring timely communication, strong stakeholder alignment, and a best-in-class employer brand experience.
  • Support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR systems
  • Contribute to employer branding and people initiatives that strengthen Blockaid’s culture and employee engagement.

Your Chain of Strengths

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations within high-growth startups or tech companies.
  • Hands-on experience combining HRBP responsibilities with full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting GTM or commercial teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of core HR practices including performance management, employee relations, and basic employment law.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.

Compensation for this role will be influenced by several factors, such as the candidate’s professional background, skill set, and geographic location. This position includes eligibility for Blockaid’s equity program and may also offer additional incentive-based compensation.

US salary range:

$90,000 – $130,000

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Blockaid is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
