In essence, your role involves:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (65%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers and external agencies (if applicable) on job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline status, interview stages, market feedback, and overall hiring timelines to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking and recruitment tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, etc.) while tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance candidate engagement and strengthen the company’s talent presence in the market.
- Collaborate with the global TA Team to ensure alignment
Human Resources (35%)
- Manage core day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, background checks, HRIS updates, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems, org charts, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support with HR audits, reporting, compliance tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage the annual Summer Internship Program, including recruitment, onboarding, program coordination, and final project presentations.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, including company sports leagues, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, company intranet, etc.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee questions and day-to-day HR support.
- Provide additional HR support and assist with special projects as business needs and hiring activity evolves.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and/or human resources support
- Proven experience managing multiple open positions and prioritizing competing deadline in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment and employee lifecycle process.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools and HRIS platforms (TriNet, Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, BrightHire is a plus)
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals including knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Exposure to sales & trading, financial services, or SaaS industry is a plus
- Certification(s): SHRM(CP/SCP), HRCI(PHR/SPHR) is a plus
The base pay range for this position is $100k-$125k annually + discretionary bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
