Job Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Co-op is responsible to carry out a wide variety of duties for the Human Resources department with a focus on Human Resources processes, internal and external recruiting, BGM sponsored programs and providing value added support for the Human Resources Department members.
What we are looking for:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary education preferred as either current student or recent graduate with 2- or 4-year degree in HR or related field
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
