We are looking for an HR Manager, Americas who will serve as an HR Advisor and align the region’s people strategy with the business strategy. A true people champion, change agent, and strategic partner for the business. This role is hybrid in our NY office.
Key Responsibilities:
- The HR Manager will support the teams across the Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM), while managing operations at our New York and Austin sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and facilities at the Austin /New York offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
- Support planning and coordination of on-site events, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities.
- Work closely with the global HR team to align on company-wide people and talent initiatives, ensuring consistency in approach across regions.
- Manage payroll in partnership with our provider, Vensure.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on all HR matters.
- Translate business priorities into HR initiatives, proactively identifying people issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Resolve complex employee relations matters and provide HR policy guidance.
- Lead global HR initiatives in the region, such as performance management, engagement, and other strategic programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in a global tech company.
- Previous payroll management experience.
- Experience in hyper-growth environments with ability to adapt to change.
- Hands-on approach with strong focus on employee engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, data-driven, and a true team player.
- Experience working with Sales & Customer Success organizations.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Hybrid role – 3 days per week in our NY office.
