We are looking for candidates who are interested in human resources to join our HR Rotational Program.
The HR Rotational Coordinator role is a full-time position that will prepare you for a career in HR at Jane Street. Over the course of 2.5 years, you will spend time in at least three distinct areas of HR, where you will develop skills and relationships across the team and business before being permanently placed in a group on our growing global HR team.
Depending on business needs, some rotations may include: New Hire Onboarding & Experience, Immigration & Mobility, Benefits & Leaves of Absence, Talent Development, HR Business Partner Support, International rotations to our Hong Kong or London office, and Campus & Lateral Recruiting. During each rotation, you will have exposure to and ownership over operational and strategic work in your areas, with opportunities for additional cross-functional project work.
This is a bespoke program designed around the individuals we recruit and their aptitudes and strengths, as well as the evolving needs and priorities of our global team.
About You- Recent graduate with up to two years of professional experience
- Able to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can organize and analyze data
- Excellent interpersonal, speaking, and writing skills
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Positive, professional attitude and presence
- Responsible self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, courteous, and flexible team player
