OVERVIEW

VICE is looking for a Benefits Manager to be responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations. This position provides special guidance and assistance to U.S. locations on various employee benefit plans.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), transit, LOA and additional programs for 1,000+ domestic employees in multiple states
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to processes and programs
  • Manage open enrollment, including setting timeline, developing employee communications, delivering information sessions, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Solve employee benefits-related issues requiring a high level of support and discretion
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including selecting providers and brokers, ensuring customer service levels are met
  • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory updates
  • Develop an understanding of Vice’s competitive position on benefits offerings and make recommendations to strengthen those specific to our employee population
  • Enter and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Produce reports and analyses, as needed both on an ongoing and ad hoc basis
  • Have both a strong curiosity to learn and a drive for continual improvement
