The Role:

DailyPay is looking for a Manager of Compensation to join our growing Total Rewards team as a key thought partner to develop and execute our compensation strategy and design. This role reports to our Director of Total Rewards to and will be essential to driving the company’s growth and success. You will serve as a leader in the Total Rewards team and interact regularly with the People Operations team and key executives. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic compensation professional with both strategic and tactical experience. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead DailyPay’s compensation function to effectively design, implement, and coordinate and the compensation programs, policies, and initiatives
  • Partner with the People Operations team and key business leaders to manage, consult and guide compensation decisions
  • Identify, assess and execute ongoing compensation process improvement
  • Partner with the HRIS/Payroll team to craft, configure and coordinate compensation systems
  • Lead compensation planning and review cycles with strong People Operations team partnerships and project management
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data; manage all benchmarking activity
  • Respond to inquiries from managers and HR Business Partners to provide market analysis, information and advice tailored to each unique situation
  • Design compensation communication, statements, tools and processes for recruiting, managers, employees and other key partners
  • partner with other total reward team members, consultants, and other business partners on design and project work
  • Create specialized analysis and modeling as needed for program design, business-specific benchmarking and pay range creation, and impact analysis
  • Prepare materials and analysis for Compensation Committee meetings
  • Maintain the evolving internal job architecture and structure
  • Ensure pay practices comply with state and local requirements

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 8+ years of Compensation experience
  • Experience with job evaluation, salary structure design and market pricing
  • Experience with equity program design and administration
  • Extensive knowledge of job surveys and benchmarking
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data and develop insights
  • Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
  • Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills
