SmartAsset is seeking a full life cycle contract Recruiter to help with short term recruiting needs. Looking for someone that has experience in sales (marketing is a plus) recruiting and can hit the ground running! This is an amazing opportunity to work with senior managers on their recruiting plan and building out a sales team. 

Responsibilities:

• Meets with Team Leads to discuss hiring needs
• Build applicant sourcing strategies
• Determine applicant qualifications needed for each position
• Manage inbound applicants and work with agency partners
• Phone screen all qualified applicants
• Arranges and organizes in person interviews
• Help organize any practical tests needed from applicants
• Outreach to passively looking candidates

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years of corporate and/or agency style recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience in transactional and enterprise sales and marketing for financial technology/services 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of current employment laws and practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team in a fast paced / dynamic environment 
• Sales or Tech recruiting experience is a huge plus
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with ATS systems, Greenhouse is a plus
