How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As the Director of People Operations, you will leverage your knowledge of technology, process and HR services to design an innovative delivery model for our employees. You will be tasked with creating an infrastructure that makes the employee experience seamless so the role will require strong analytical, collaboration and execution skills. We are investing early in building our operational infrastructure as we know this is critical to our continued growth and scale.

A day in the life of a Director of People Operations at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Building a vision, mission and strategy for People Operations at Collibra.
• Working with business leaders and the People team leadership across the globe to develop the People Operations roadmap.
• Partnering with our internal operational teams (E.g. Finance, Sales, Customer Operations)
• Elevating employee support by leveraging emerging technologies and tools including RPA, Chat, Analytics and AI/ML.
• Building a metrics driven organization. Develop key operational metrics for the team and monitor key performance metric scores.
• Providing insights for process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc. that will deliver outstanding employee experiences.
• Leading ad-hoc analysis efforts and support operational related projects as needed.
• Developing/reviewing relevant policies and procedures related to the People Operations function and support all audit requests across the operations team (Internal Audit, etc.).
• Supporting larger HR and Company initiatives by ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services.
• Coaching and mentoring team members, playing an active role in developing expertise.

You Have:

• 10+ years of people operations management experience
• Prior work experience at a fast-paced, high growth technology company within the HR/People function
• Project management experience working on process improvement, automation, data and insights related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding)
• Experience with HR technology implementation for both first and third party systems
• Knowledge of Lean and/or process design principles
• Experience in an analytical function and/or strategy consulting
• Positive attitude, exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence
