How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As our first benefits manager, you will be able to grow and shape Collibra's global benefits programs so we can create a cohesive benefits experience and continue to attract and retain amazing talent. 

A day in the life of a Global Benefits Manager at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Benchmarking our benefits globally to form a baseline understanding of where we are.
  • Creating proposals for benefits changes/additions to help shape where we will go.
  • Managing broker/vendor relationships in order to drive change.
  • Ensuring compliance with local benefits related laws and regulation.
  • Working with our employees to understand what would improve the employee experience.
  • Working directly with key executives to understand the future goals of the company and how our benefits programs can get us there.
  • Helping us create new benefit programs that align with our philosophy as we expand into new countries

You Have:

  • 3-5 years experience in benefits benchmarking, ideally within a tech environment
  • Experience creating and modifying global benefits programs.
  • Exposure to managing international brokers/vendors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
