HR Business Partner
What you will do:
- Consult management and provide advice to the HR department as needed;
- Analysis of trends and indicators in cooperation with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies;
- Solve complex problems related to associate relations and conduct effective, accurate and objective research supporting associate retention;
- Adaptation of day-to-day associates’ management to legal requirements to reduce legal risk and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Advisory and cooperation in the scope of performance management (coaching, consulting, career development, interdisciplinary activities);
- Close cooperation with the management and associates to improve business relationships and increase productivity;
- Understanding and popularization of HR policies and standards;
- Cooperation in the development of contractual conditions for new associates, promotions and transfers;
- Scaling up teams according to the HR and legal requirements and obligations;
- Collaborating with external partners in the scope of HR matters;
- Provide solution suggestions and information on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession;
- Identify training and coaching needs in the organization;
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR role;
- 10+ years of work experience;
- Knowledge of the regional labor law;
- Proven record of cooperation with people on all levels in the company structure;
- Expertise in the HR tools, global HR trends, and methodologies supporting cooperation with all stakeholders;
- Interdisciplinary knowledge, understanding the business and environment of the company;
- Focus on business (understanding the company's financial goals and developing solutions related to human resources that the company benefits from);
- Orientation on people increasing their productivity and business profitability;
- Organizational skills, time management, and discipline, ability to prioritize actions focused on people and business ;
- Goal-oriented and solution-based approach to HR matters;
- Objectivity and impartiality focusing on fact-based analysis;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Active listening, asking the right questions;
- Trustworthy (maintaining a deep sense of ethics when it comes to confidential information and monitoring company policy.
