This role reports into our VP of People and is based in our New York City headquarters.

  • Communicate progress, interdependencies, and change management needs regularly with People team leadership and interdepartmental stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels in and outside of the People team
  • Build engaging communication materials to keep stakeholders up to date on program developments and support the HR teams responsible for the initiatives
  • Conduct project retrospectives and implement process improvements accordingly
