Overview

We are expanding! Due to unprecedented growth, we are now looking to add to our HRIS Team. Why us? We have just rolled out phase 1 of Workday and this is a ground floor opportunity to be involved in the Phase 2 and 3 rollouts.The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the HRIS stack. They will provide support to HRIS projects including systems implementations, upgrades and maintenance, data analysis and migrations, acquisition integrations, systems consolidations and standardization. This position with report into the Global HRIS Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on HRIS projects with a broad scope from help desk support to configuration, including Workday, Greenhouse, ADP and Replicon
  • Partner with the wider HR, global HRIS teams and data/technical teams to collect HR data from existing platforms to document, migrate and implement new HCM business systems, enhancements to existing systems, and integrations with other systems
  • Create coordinated testing strategy, test scripts, and execute test scripts
  • Absence Administrator, Compensation Administrator, Performance Administrator within Workday
  • Monitor issue log, promote timely issue resolution, and manage appropriate issue escalation to achieve timely issue resolution
  • Supports Global HRIS team on special projects related to the testing, documentation, piloting, deployment, and communication of new functionality and system enhancements
  • Requirements:

    • 3 - 5 years experience with HRIS
    • Workday is required or other large scale HRIS platforms is required
    • Knowledge of the general HR business unit’s functions, business processes, and applications
    • Additional knowledge of recruitment/talent acquisition solutions
    • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
    • Relationship management skills
