The Senior Associate is an essential support for high quality and impact learning programs including participant pre and post communications, materials creation, live session logistics and facilitation support, organizing digital content and self-paced training.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide logistical and process support – keep project plans up to date, attend team and program planning meetings, work with cross-functional partners on preparing for learning programs
  • Run production elements of live virtual trainings for a smooth learner experience – including breakout sessions, Q&A function, participant communication, time and task management 
  • Collaborate on building and facilitating virtual engagement best practices, including participation, polling, engagement techniques
  • Help team members create and organize toolkits, job aids, webinars and other program collateral (mainly digital, but possibly physical)
  • Write and distribute calendar invites, program updates, Slack channel messages, and other internal communications for a variety of learning offerings

About You:

We are looking for someone who is excited about People Development and is ready to support the team. This person should have a solid understanding of how to navigate learning and development thoughtfully and effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years relevant experience in fast moving business or company.
  • Strong attention to detail, combined with successful time management 
  • Confident in presentation and facilitation skills using virtual platforms like Zoom
  • Experienced independently using Google Suite for business
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport and relationships with team members
  • Comfortable with building decks and working in spreadsheets in Google Suite

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with an LMS and/or authoring tools like Articulate 360
  • Innovative and resourceful, constantly looking for ways to improve processes
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills that will help with creative problem solving
