What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of the creation and implementation of the Learning and Development program across the organization.
• Assessing training needs through surveys, focus groups and speaking with stakeholders across the organization.
• Owning end to end project management for all training initiatives and identifying any delivery issues and solutions.
• Developing and designing training documents including course content, guides and other material.
• Managing training material inventory to meet business objectives.
• Creating reports, dashboards and/or surveys to capture feedback on trainings and analyzing metrics to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborating with and assisting the People Operations team in the onboarding efforts of new employees.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in developing training programs
• Experience working at a software product or health insurance company
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, progress and deliverables
• Extremely organized with a strong sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines
• Proven track record of planning and implementing projects
• Excellent critical thinking skills with an ability to generate innovative ideas to improve training
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
