The Role

As NS1’s Office & Employee Experience Manager, you will wear many hats in a hybrid role that will touch on office management, people operations, culture & event management. What will you be doing?

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Reception services including greeting visitors and candidates, fielding incoming phone calls and managing incoming office visitors (internal and external)
  • Organization and facilitation of office supply, kitchen and pantry stocking for the NYC, NH and SF offices.
  • Liaising with building manager, IT manager, and cleaning services, evaluating performance quality, and arranging necessary repairs
  • Keeping inventory of office supplies including snacks and beverages in both our stock room and the kitchen.
  • Participating in interior design and office moves
  • Documenting and keeping up-to-date procedures related to office management

People Operations Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the office has up-to-date employment law posters
  • Assisting with New Employee Onboarding as needed
  • Assisting with any offboarding tasks
  • Collaborate with our People Operations Manager on our Wellness Strategy

Culture & Event Management Responsibilities:

  • Key player in NS1’s Culture Initiative Group - brainstorming and organizing internal events across the company
    • Summer outing
    • Holiday Parties
    • Community Service events / activities
  • Own and manage NYC based in-office events
    • Themed Happy Hours
    • Waffle Wednesdays
  • Liaise with NS1 offices (NH, SF, Asia, UK) to facilitate their in-house events
  • Key player in managing internal communications w/ the company in areas like
    • Company-Wide All-Hands
    • Anniversary and Birthday announcements
    • Slack announcements
  • Update and manage the culture budget for the company

Your Skills:

  • At least 2-5 years working as an office manager or in an equivalent role
  • You’re positive.
  • You’re creative.
  • You genuinely care about people, their productivity & happiness
  • You have excellent time & project management skills

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
