We’re hiring a People Partner to be a strategic partner to our Product, Engineering, Data, and Design team (PEDD). You’ll partner with the team to foster a high-performing and rewarding employee experience that centers diversity, equity, and inclusion.

How you will help make homeownership achievable

• You’ll be a strategic partner to the PEDD (Product, Engineering, Data, and Design) leadership team as we scale from 50 to 100+ team-members. You’ll play a critical part in fostering a high performing, rewarding, and inclusive employee experience
• You’ll build lasting relationships with every member of the team. You’ll develop a strong understanding of their experiences to champion a world class professional experience
• Trusted counsel to people-managers on sensitive matters such as employee relations, engagement, and performance management 
• Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion on our team 
• Invest in our team’s professional development and growth. You’ll help refine career ladders, and build professional growth programs to support their ongoing success 
• You’ll join Ribbon’s People Ops team and champion a company culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and exceptional performance 

Your background and experience 

• You have 5+ years of experience in a People Operations role, with at least two years experience partnering with managers and leaders
• You are innovative, passionate, and creative. You think from first principles and are excited to foster a unique employee experience and culture 
• You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and are excited to develop new programs that set new standards for DEI 
• You have experience handling sensitive matters such as performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations with sensitivity and grace
• Ideally, you have supported an Engineer and/or Product department in a hyper growth tech startup 
• Ideally, you have experience supporting distributed teams
