Job Description

We are looking for a Principal Talent Advisor to join our growing talent acquisition team! You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of multiple Sales and Sales Engineering roles. Your excellent communication skills will be highly advantageous in order to engage our experienced leadership team and to influence/respond to business complexities with a high level of professional acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle sales recruiting, characterized by high-touch relationships. You will collaborate with clients on hiring plans and strategy through the entire hiring life-cycle.
  • Build and use trust-based relationships with your hiring managers to expand our recruiting efforts within their organizations, seek referrals, and grow our Hyperscience network. You will lead the success of your clients’ recruiting efforts as well as the success of those relationships.
  • Provide the best client and candidate experience possible. You’ll be involved in the client and the internal side of the recruiting process, and will find ways to improve and optimize at every step.
  • Be a hands-on strategist for Hyperscience. Help our leadership team build and implement strategies to scale growth, while always achieving results.
  • Work with the whole People Team to innovate, share best practices to improve collective efforts, and have fun in the process.
  • Mentor other team members and serve as our expert voice in Sales and SE hiring. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Extensive experience recruiting for sales roles in the enterprise software space.
  • You consistently exceed hiring manager expectations and you know how to overcome obstacles by creatively problem-solving to ensure your clients are always satisfied.
  • Growth-minded - you are excited to expand your efforts within any given relationship and will bring to bear your strong relationships to develop new strategies for outreach and closing.
  • A strong standout colleague - you're professional, accountable, and reliable. You know how to coax the best out of others without sacrificing quality or productivity. You know that a rising tide lifts all boats, and you like to see your colleagues excel as much as you like to excel. 

Location

  • This role can be remote from anywhere in the United States. In a future (post Covid-19) world, some travel to NYC HQ will be required once a quarter. 
  • Our team has a strong presence in EMEA and NYC, and some early morning meetings will be required if you live or work on Pacific time. We are a highly flexible work environment in all other ways.
