The Role

As a Professional Learning Specialist, you will support the development, scheduling, and delivery of professional learning to schools and districts using Newsela’s products. Along the way, you will work closely with your fellow Customer Success teammates to ensure teachers and administrators have a seamless implementation experience, and continue to use Newsela tools in new ways that further enhance engagement. You will regularly develop and deliver digital and interactive resources (PDFs, webinars, online courses, etc.), aligned with pedagogical best practices, that can be leveraged across Newsela teams to aid professional learning, portfolio management, and sales support.
