An experienced recruiter who can help us accelerate Fundera’s talent acquisition across our internal teams including Product & Design, Engineering, and other Operations.

As a Recruiter, You’ll...
- Recruit top talent, primarily in engineering, product/design and operations, to meet our quarterly hiring goals
- Provide an efficient and positive experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, driving the interview process and offer process in conjunction with the hiring team
- Work with Hiring Managers to help establish the profile of their ideal candidates.
- Proactively source candidates, along with assessing inbound and referral introductions.
- Help us establish a set of best practices for sourcing, outreach, and interviewing for an open position at Fundera.
You’ll Need to Have…
- 3-5 years of experience recruiting across different disciplines, levels, and types of positions.
- Experience sourcing and interviewing technical candidates for Engineering, Product, and Design positions.
- Strong communication skills to attract and engage top candidates.
- Preferably some history of success in organizations of a similar stage as Fundera (a Series B, quickly growing startup).
