  • A solid understanding of the recruiting process and a passion for providing a top-notch hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Energized by working with a smart, fun team in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify a steady stream of prospective talent in anticipation of future talent needs
  • Keen market acumen to understand the available talent and where to best source passive candidates
  • A self-starter who loves autonomy and can handle the pressures of a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • 3+ years recruiting experience, start-up and/or agency experience, experience with Greenhouse, a plus

In this role you will:

  • Own design and execution of the entire recruiting process (coordinating, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding). This means you get to establish processes and new ways to recruit high caliber talent
  • Play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging top talent across the organization, with a strong focus on Engineering, Data Science, and Sales
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job posts and optimize for quality of candidate and speed of hire
  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, knowledge, and attitude in relation to role requirements and culture fit
  • Ensure consistent and regular communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders
  • Identify key metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
  • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up
