Chainalysis builds trust in blockchains between people, businesses, and governments. We are looking for a Recruiting Associate to assist with full cycle-recruiting for our rapidly growing team, onboarding and more. This position will be based out of New York.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting

• Work with hiring managers to develop the best hiring and evaluation process

• Help draft job descriptions, post new positions, maintain the hiring flow, schedule and participate in interviews

• Support onboarding new hires

• Support with any other tasks locally and globally

To be successful, you have experience in the following areas:

• 2 - 3 years recruiting experience in a high-growth environment with a focus on diversity

• 1+ year experience recruiting for technical positions

• Ability to work independently at times, prioritizing and planning work activities

• Strong written and verbal communications, fluent in English

• Organized, accurate and thorough

• Strong interpersonal skills and thrive in an ever-changing environment

• Startup experience a plus
