As a Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Director of Recruiting Operations, you are integral to Spring Health's long-term growth and success. To be great in this role, you are self-driven and motivated with a high degree of ownership, you love being productive and detail-oriented, and you have a remarkable ability to multitask without hindering quality. You also possess an upbeat attitude and interpersonal skills that will enable you to work with all levels of employees, including Hiring Managers, Directors, and even our CEO! You take the initiative, demonstrate discretion and solid independent judgment, and can operate in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience as the face of Spring Health's employer brand, often engaging directly with senior and executive-level candidates
- Exercise independent judgment in responding to escalations involving internal and external stakeholder management
- Solve high volumes of complex interview scheduling problems
- Serve as the point person for our background check process (tracking, reviewing, taking appropriate action on background checks, updating hiring managers, etc.)
- Manage the new requisition and job posting process for your aligned business teams
- Advise and consult with candidates regarding their interview process and current status
- Manage highly sensitive data, including personally identifying information and compensation information, to facilitate the Spring Health job offer process
- Make travel arrangements for candidates as needed
- Assist with Recruiting events as needed
- Recruiting operations process improvement, data analysis, and presenting to high-level internal stakeholders as needed
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
- Previous experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or HR preferred
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM product preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organization skillsResourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Strong ability to multitaskSelf-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment
- Deep care for the candidate's experience
- Interest in Recruiting as a career path
