We're looking for a Candidate Lead to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. This contract position will require up to 40 hours of work each week and is expected to last for three (3) months, with a possibility of being extended. Here's what you need to know about the role.

What You'll Do

• Manage Flatiron’s constantly growing and changing interview calendar effectively to enable Flatiron to achieve our hiring goals
• Initiate and manage full-cycle communication for the coordination process, from initial outreach when a candidate applies, to coordinating interviews at the Flatiron office
• Engage and activate candidates by fostering genuine relationships and regularly following up in between the various steps of the interview process
• Arrange a high volume of interviews for candidates using Google Calendar
• Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with all notes and relevant information to each candidate
• Ensure interviewers and hiring managers enter feedback into our ATS in a timely manner

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of candidates effectively
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to work with a spectrum of personalities
• Ability to think on your feet and to adapt to ambiguous situations
• Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams (strong email and Google Calendar skills)
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
