Maisonette is growing fast and we’re expanding our talent acquisition team in order to meet our hiring goals for 2022. We are looking for an ambitious and incredibly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support full cycle recruitment for our teams and manage the flow of candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience providing an outstanding candidate experience while juggling multiple open roles simultaneously.

Serve as the primary (or secondary) point of contact for all candidates
Assist with screening resumes to identify the best potential candidates based on each job’s qualifiers
Schedule interviews for everyone involved in the interview cycle
Ensure the recruitment cycle for every role runs smoothly from start to finish, continuously following up with hiring managers and candidates to take processes from inception to completion.
About You
1-2 years years as a recruitment coordinator in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing candidates in a modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
Extremely strong calendar management skills
Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Necessary Background
Fast paced startup experience is a plus
Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to multi task
