The People team at RTR is responsible for just that, our people. We’re partners to the business and work to empower every team within our business to scale through the acquisition and development of our employees. 

 

About the Job:

 

As the Sr. Lead for People Programs, you will support the scaling and designing on a variety of projects, including onboarding, key trainings, and company-wide initiatives ranging from performance reviews to our development catalogue.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Program manage our New Hire Orientation and partner with functions to create a comprehensive and best-in-class Onboarding program
  • Lead the designing of new People programs materials creating a cohesive look and feel for our programs
  • Partner with various stakeholders to design highly interactive eLearning courses
  • Configure and administer learning activities in the Learning Management System
  • Create scalable processes for enrolling and measuring our learning programs in our LMS 
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of People programs
  • Provide project management and coordination for a variety of learning and programs and services
  • Suggest innovative ways to evolve and improve all of our L&D programs

 

You Should Have:

  • BA/BS and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources/Learning & Development/Organizational Development
  • Track record of successfully program management in company-wide learning initiatives 
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and managers
  • Experience in creating content using a variety of tools (Articulate, Captivate, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience implementing and scaling learning process within a Learning Management System 
  • Experience using Google Suite (Slides, Docs, etc.) 
  • Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple, detailed tasks
