How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Sr. Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) will partner across our leadership and people teams to ensure meaningful, impactful, and measurable programs are put in action and at the center of our talent strategy. This person will lead DE&I initiatives by developing our first programs, re-examining company processes and practices, and identifying opportunities to introduce best practices, build new programs, and seek measurable outcomes. The Sr. Manager, DE&I will serve as an advocate to all Collibrians and will act as a subject matter expert and advisor to our leaders.

The successful candidate must be self-aware and bring an appreciation and awareness of global perspectives to the role, as Collibra’s workforce spans multiple countries. This person will bring experience project and program managing successful cross-functional initiatives, is capable of influencing business outcomes, and is metrics and technology-savvy without sacrificing compassion. A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for:

  • Design & deploy: Partner with the Chief People Officer, Exec team, People Partners and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop and evolve Collibra’s DE&I strategy, program, core pillars, and goals
  • Think global, act local: Drive DE&I vision at the global level, while creating specific, compliant, and localized strategies across recruiting, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention
  • Measure results: Collaborate across the people team to design, develop, and monitor DE&I metrics and dashboards to assess the impact, including reporting and comparative analysis 
  • Program manage: Guide, steer, and optimize Collibra’s current DE&I council; present and engage in monthly DE&I discussions with Collibra’s leadership team to articulate strategy, commitment, and report progress
  • Engage broadly: Develop a multi-channel communication strategy that amplifies and advocates the passion and perspectives of our teams; communicate with our employees with ongoing updates and programs 
  • Influence growth: Leverage Collibra’s 6 core values to form a culture of awareness, action, accountability, and a growth mindset
  • Look external: Identify, build, and sustain community and university partnerships to support DE&I and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in each of our major countries
  • Look internal: Examine business practices to identifying opportunities to ensure inclusion is at the forefront of every team’s output
  • Drive awareness: Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to build an employer brand that resonates to candidates from all walks of life; work with our Places team to create spaces that are welcoming and productive for all
  • Compliance: Prepare reports and correspondence, including but not limited to employment, and DE&I regulatory compliance, globally.

You Have:

Essential experience:

  • Experience designing, evolving, and executing a successful DE&I strategy  and programs with proven, positive results
  • Experience driving global DE&I programs in a multi-country, multi-continent company
  • Strong program management skills for various levels of stakeholders

Desired experience:

  • Experience building and iterating a ground-up, multi-year DE&I strategy
  • Experience designing talent acquisition, enablement, development, or performance management programs specific to DE&I
  • Proven results using business acumen to drive programs, initiatives, and priorities across multiple functions, prioritizing impact versus capacity
  • Thrives in high growth, geographically distributed environments; collaborates on multiple priorities and is motivated by complex  and creative problem solving, while favoring action
  • Builds programs designed by the metrics they will collect; leverages data to story tell and drive outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive results and consensus through influence versus authority
  • Leads with empathy and excels at supporting and guiding others through ambiguity or change
