Senior People Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing all the functions related to HR in New York including workforce planning, organizational development, and policies & procedures. As the Senior People Operation Manager, you should have a passion for growing teams and setting up standards for the department. You are a people first leader that is excellent at building relationships with partners and various teams as the position is highly collaborative with all departments & founders.

What you'll be doing

  • Promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
  • Design and implement systems and processes to support a fast-growing international organization including recruiting, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Develop a robust HR practice that enables a high-performance culture
  • Manage the day to day operations of the HR departmentIdentify talent gaps, improve recruiting practices and develop succession planning strategies
  • Design and implement an innovative onboarding process
  • Oversee and ensure global programs are comprehensive, competitive, and align with business goals
  • Leverage metrics to evaluate and maintain HR disciplines such as training, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, and other organizational development projects including culture, team-building and related functions
  • Partnering with department heads, ensure organizational structure supports business needs and scale
  • Ensure full compliance to local employment laws and practices
  • Communicate frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the unique needs of our workforce

What we are looking for

  • MBA / MS in Human Resources Management, I/O Psychology or related field is preferable
  • At least 7 years of work experience, preferably in a HR leadership role
  • Track-record of scaling out globally in a tech start-up environment

What would set you apart

  • Experience working in FinTech Industry
  • Interest in cryptocurrencies
  • Experience in analytics, statistics or reporting on specific HR metrics & KPIs
