Motivate is North America’s leading bike share firm, operating systems in cities including New York, Chicago, and Washington D.C. Since being acquired in 2014 by a group of investors, including the CEOs of The Related Companies and Equinox, it has successfully undertaken multi-year, major expansions in both New York and Chicago, and launched Nike’s BIKETOWN in Portland. After integrating with 8D Technologies in early 2017, Motivate has also been building its in-house product portfolio, beginning with the Motivate bike. Position Overview

We’re growing and looking for a key Talent/Human Resources member to join and own technical resourcing! Supporting our hardware and software engineer teams. This role has flexible hours and career development into a broader talent position.

Responsibilities

• Creatively design the sourcing plan and develop Motivate’s employment brand
• Talent advisor for hiring managers, owning the process and providing best practices
• Drive diversity awareness and strong pipelining
• Metric driven approach to explaining recruitment planning and challenges

Qualifications

• 5 plus year of full cycle technical recruitment (any industry- open to internal or agency experience)
• 2 years experience in ATS reporting and process development (experience with Lever preferred)
• Strong examples of outside of the box recruitment solutions
• Results driven approach to hiring
• Bachelor’s degree required
