WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Language: Bilingual is a plus, not required.
- Experience: 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment.
