Well good news, we have a spot open for a Talent Sourcer/Coordinator. You’ll be working alongside our recruiters by helping to identify the top talent through various sourcing methods and tool, coordinating the interview between candidates and interviewers, and collaborating with the team on updating and improving different processes

What you'll be doing

• You’ll be the Miner for extraordinary candidates using various sourcing tools and methods
• You’ll be the Organizer who coordinates phone and video interviews for candidates across different time zones
• You’ll be the Connector who keeps candidates updated throughout the interview process and tracks them in the pipeline through ATS Management
• You’ll be the Striver who collaborate with recruiters to update and improve the interview process 
• You’ll be the Bond between hiring managers and the interviewing team

What we are looking for

• Have at least a year of experience in a coordinator or sourcing role, preferably in a start-up environment
• Experience identifying talents by using various sourcing techniques (i.e. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Job Boards, etc.)
• Experience working with Lever a plus
• The ability to adapt to ever-changing needs and growth of the organization, go with the flow, pick up new tasks without getting easily overwhelmed or stressed out, and do so with a smile on their face and a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
