Talent Acquisition Associate

We are shifting into high growth mode and need a high energy Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our Talent Acquisition team to help schedule interviews, ensure job posting placements, follow up on interview feedback, and support employer branding and pipeline activities. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the TA team to set up all 2nd and future round interviews, as well as kickoff and debrief meetings.
- Follow up with interview panel to ensure candidate feedback in Greenhouse
- Help ensure positive candidate experience by following up with candidates on behalf of TA Managers
- Ensure all jobs posted on Stash’s website and other sites
- Coordinate with Built In NYC to ensure articles, features are organized and reviewed
- Support recruiting events, virtual and in person
- Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure information, postings and materials are complete
- Ensure contracts and content are approved and signed appropriately
- Partner with People Team Ops Analyst in scheduling onboarding
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in HR/ Admin environments managing multiple priorities and supporting multiple team members
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and project management skills
- High energy and self starter to work in a fast-paced, highly-engaged, start-up environment.
