Talent Acquisition Manager, Technical
Pumpkin is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, Technical to join us on our mission to create a happier, healthier world for pets and their people. Reporting into the Director of People, you’ll refine and execute our talent acquisition strategy, hiring across engineering, product, design, and business nationwide. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and always looking for new ways to provide an exceptional candidate and colleague experience.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process experience from helping hiring managers create compelling job descriptions, screening candidates, to negotiating complex job offers
- Proven track record of hiring top talent in technical/non-technical roles in highly competitive industries
- Experience in executing innovative sourcing strategies to create diverse candidate pipelines
- Experience leveraging recruiting data to guide day-to-day decisions, report progress to business partners, and optimize our recruiting processes
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to develop a deep understanding of our team’s functions and needs
- Continuously find opportunities to improve and finetune our processes to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Serve as a trusted talent partner across the company from leadership to individual contributors
- Train interview teams on our recruiting process, unconscious bias, and interview best practices
- Advise business partners on tough hiring decisions
- Experience managing an ATS (we use Lever), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work on cross-functional project work and participate in recruiting/people events as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing a full cycle technical/non-technical recruiting experience across agency and in-house; ideally at a high growth startup
- Experience sourcing top talent using innovative strategies, LinkedIn, and other email marketing tools
- Proven ability to successfully identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high growth environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, and a keen attention-to-detail
- Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems
