In this role, you will drive the recruiting efforts of a team of talent acquisition specialists for our on-site, project-based hires. You are a talent acquisition expert that understands the ebb and flow of clients, while being aware of your instrumental role in motivating your team to meet hiring goals as dictated by the demands of the various programs we manage.

 

You will hold a customer-centric approach in all recruiting matters and instill this value in your team. As the liaison between account management and talent acquisition, you will monitor recruiting activity and drive your team to meet deliverables.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain paramount focus on providing excellent customer service to our clients by securing top-notch, quality talent for their programs.

· Partner closely with account managers and the leadership team in achieving department-wide goals concentrated on supporting our clients’ language-based staffing and recruiting needs.

· Uphold the Welocalize brand and 4 Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork.

· Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

· Manage recruiting team workload and assign job requisitions according to individual recruiter’s bandwidth allowing for greatest efficiency.

· Manage team’s performance and monitor each recruiter’s fulfillment of individual key performance indicators.

· Perform annual performance reviews of recruiters.

· Participate in weekly calls to report on status of open jobs and progress of challenging fills.

· Schedule and participate in training of new recruiting tools and systems.

· Train new hires and coach on new recruiting tools and processes.

· Work with account managers and the leadership team to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements.

· Compile monthly reports on recruiting metrics and achievements to present to the leadership and account management team.

· Promote recruiting “best practices” with the team and enforce accurate, thorough documentation on employees in applicant tracking systems and other documentation tools.

· Identify challenging languages/locales for recruiting team members to target in on-going outreach and networking efforts.

· Maintain relationships with candidates to assist account managers in employee satisfaction initiatives.

· Organize recruiting team presence at university outreach recruitment events and job fairs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or management in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

· Keen understanding of various languages and cultures with a passion for the localization field.

· Experience in localization, translation, or QA testing a plus.

· Possess a natural talent for mentoring, motivating, and inspiring teams to achieve success.

· Avid networker who enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

· Strong written and oral communication, as well as negotiating skills.

· Ability to work before and after typical office hours as work may demand.

· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
