The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is part of a global team responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities and will work closely with our leadership team to support the continuous branding and hiring strategy of the organization. The team uses innovative means to sustain and scale a global organization, with an emphasis on protecting cultural integrity for the future. This global team is responsible for managing and supporting the entire talent acquisition process for all departments and markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Lead Global TA team in sourcing and prospecting a vibrant talent pipeline for multiple departments and countries, yet specialize in finding the hard to fill roles
  • Create unique sourcing plans (by role, level and location) to identify and source top talent, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Google boolean searches, networking events, and other creative tools/platforms
  • Execute on plan, delivering timely updates and flexing strategy as hiring plan changes
  • Work effectively in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Identify and tailor searches and sourcing techniques for each position in order to yield best candidates for specific positions
  • Proactively create and leverage numerous channels to increase the diversity of applicant pools
  • Ensure both hiring manager, recruiter and candidate experience is exceptional
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for needed skill set, competencies, potential fit for position and culture
  • Identify creative and original sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates directly
  • Assist with other recruiting team responsibilities as needed
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of The Trade Desk culture

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • College or university degree, Masters or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices within talent acquisition and a familiarity with traditional sourcing techniques
  • Organized, creative problem solver, self-starter, positive attitude, energetic with a sense of humor
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization with face to face and remote leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills with ability to organize complex information and convey it in clear and succinct way
  • Passionate about people and driving smart business decisions
  • An impulsive instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
