products, as well as work directly with top organizations including the Bitcoin Cash Foundation,
Bitcoin Suisse, Binance, Bitwise, Coinbase, FlowTraders, Sygnum, and the Tezos Foundation
as launch partners or customers of Onyx, our full stack issuance platform.

Amun 21Shares is looking for a Talent Operations Lead to join our growing Talent team. This role will be crucial to the company’s continued growth and will be responsible for cross- departmental talent operations, including overseeing the interview process, candidate coordination, and hiring systems management. This individual will report directly to the VP of People and work closely with HR and Recruiting team members. 


What You Will Do:

  • Drive operational excellence and global alignment across Talent Acquisition (TA) processes & systems to align with Amun 21Shares’ business priorities
  • Build and own the TA analytics needs and maintain a TA tracker to help the team and the broader executives understand how they track against hiring goals.
  • Devise and execute strategy for tracking hiring effectiveness across the company.
  • Support the execution and reporting of TA technology projects, such as system implementations and vendor selection and management
  • Ensure effective documentation and communication of all Talent Acquisition processes and workflows
  • Ensure the operational and administrative processes, procedures and documents are updated and in line with Amun 21Shares policies
  • Identify risks, evaluate options, recommend approaches and mitigations to realize full potential of ATS
  • Drive internal decision-making to ensure continuous recruiting pipeline flow and prevent bottlenecks or missed deadlines or targets. 
  • Manage vendor relationships for TA purchased products including but not limited to our ATS, CRM, assessment platforms, and job posting vendors and recruiting agencies. 


Who You Are:

  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Project Management and/or Talent Programs roles
  • High level of proficiency with Google Suite (docs/spreadsheets/slides)
  • An experience with an ATS/HCM is a strong plus (we use Greenhouse and BambooHR)
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members in different time zones 
  • Experience at startup or high growth enterprise
  • Must be willing to work in a Hybrid model, subject to COVID protocol and restrictions


This position is in the New York City office
