About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates for our growing Product, Engineering, Revenue, and G&A teams. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers on generating candidate leads and effectively screening candidates. This role is essential in the success of providing a world-class candidate experience and expanding our team. You will be joining a 5 person team and reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Experience.

What You’ll Do

• Sourcing/Talent Acquisition: Identify and connect with top talent through online sourcing campaigns and partnerships with universities and professional organizations. Review applicant resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to identify candidates, develop internal recruitment processes, and enhance our overall candidate experience.
• Data Analysis: Ensure data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse. Identify and analyze recruitment trends, pipeline activity, and candidate feedback to make informed process recommendations.
• Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates, recruiting team members, and hiring managers. Conduct candidate reference calls and perform frequent check-ins.
• Technical Aptitude: Gain thorough understanding of our engineering and product needs and proactively conduct industry research to aid in identifying talent for our open roles.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in an agency or in-house recruiting team
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems
• You have a strong knowledge and familiarity with various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Vettery, Underdog, etc.
• You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and candidate relationships
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders and proactively problem solve
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
