Technical Recruiter (Contract)
We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team for a six month contract. There is potential for this role to go permanent, depending on business need.
Responsibilities:
• Attract, recruit, retain and hire top software engineering talent
• Establish relationships with internal software engineering teams and technical leadership to get a full understanding of their hiring objectives, staffing challenges and team culture
• Establish and maintain an effective, fast, and thorough interview process and create a best in class candidate experience
• Source and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing, while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends
• You will manage the full-cycle management of the selection process including sourcing, screening, driving the interview process, vendor management, obtaining and distributing feedback, making offers, closing candidates and ultimately filling jobs
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 1-4 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
Preferred Requirements:
• A proven track record of recruiting, retaining and hiring software engineers and mobile developers and driving the interview process from start to finish
• Excellent client management skills
• Agency experience is a plus
• A results oriented, team player who is motivated, passionate about recruiting and who is highly engaged with both candidates and internal clients
