Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent practice, focusing on building out our Engineering function. We’re in hyper-growth mode so we need someone with the drive and passion to execute day-in and day-out, eager to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders on finding the right talent for their respective teams. This person will partner with Better’s engineering leadership to provide full lifecycle recruiting support in filling their team’s openings.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with engineering leadership to understand and determine the prioritization of their 2021 hiring needs
- Developing an innovative passive candidate sourcing strategy to support engineering hiring goals and craft tactful messaging to attract and engage with both active and passive talent
- Providing a great candidate experience for all candidates through various tailored touch points throughout the interview process
- Analyzing and sharing recruiting data with the hiring team to influence interview process improvement
- Thinking outside the box to create inclusive talent sourcing strategies that align with Better’s mission and values
About You:
- 2+ years of tech recruiting experience ideally in-house
- Excited by the idea of high volume recruiting
- Strong track record of closing competitive engineering candidates
- Remarkable organizational skills with experience scaling ideas
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity
- A go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies

Better.com is committed to paying NYC HQ salary bands, for all employees, regardless of where they are located and does not adjust salaries based on cost of living location.
