JW Player is looking for an energetic, detail oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team focusing on hiring Product Management and Engineering talent. The ideal candidate will flourish fast-paced, dynamic environment while serving a key role in our team’s efforts to build and refine the talent in every arm of JW Player's organization.

In this role you will:

• Source qualified engineers and product marketing talent, with an emphasis on technical recruiting
• Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles
• Coordinate with candidates, external recruiters, hiring managers and team members to schedule interviews and consistently move candidates through interview plans
• Work closely with hiring manager and interviewers and ensuring timely feedback and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Ensure candidates have an excellent experience - regardless of outcome
• Negotiate compensation and preparing offer letters for qualified candidates
• Conduct reference checks and all other applicable pre-offer tasks
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to refine our recruitment process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience focused on sourcing technical candidates within the the tech, media or entertainment industries
• 1+ years In-House Recruitment Experience
• Experience using Internet recruiting methods, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse ideally)
• Bachelor’s Degree; or experience equivalent
• Experience managing high volume interview coordination and scheduling
• Able to speak confidently to technical candidates and convey a clear employee value proposition
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Superior organizational skills, above-average attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication
• Positive attitude and passionate about their work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Technology, Media, Entertainment or Startup industry
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Linkedin Recruiter or similar recruiting tools
