Technical Recruiter

MadHive is looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join our Culture & Strategy team. In this role you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to develop a formal recruitment process for a fast growing technology company. A successful candidate in this position will be self motivated, detail oriented and passionate about finding the right candidate for every position. We are looking for someone with an all-hands-on-deck mentality who is a true team player and is ready to hit the ground running!
What you will be doing…
- Work with the team to create and formalize a complaint recruitment process
- Transfer data from existing ATS to the TriNet ATS in order to streamline systems
- Develop a standardized template for creating job descriptions
- Create a system for organizing and maintaining interview notes and documentation
- Represent MadHive at hiring events
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule interviews
- Keep track of job postings and maintain system data
- Stay on top of hiring events and opportunities for sourcing candidates through conventional and unconventional methods
- Create and maintain a calendar of hiring events
- Revamp job descriptions to make them in line with our brand - make them FUN!
- Work with external recruiters as needed
- Update and track referral policy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (in HR related field is a plus)
- 5+ years total related work experience at a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech company
- Excellent people skills, writing, and editing -- bring an ability to think and communicate information visually
- Passion for developing new strategies and being creative in order to source high quality candidates across multiple departments.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, self-motivated individual
- Ability to follow through on commitments and meet assigned deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to work with directions and independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong desire for collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with change and know how and when to be an effective and successful change agent
- High degree of organizational and time management skills
