Your Impact:

As Clarifai’s sole technical sourcer, you will keep recruiting moving along. Work closely with the recruiting team, build processes, and add to the recruiting infrastructure. You will have a huge impact on hiring the next generation of Clarifai employees!

Your Opportunity:

As our technical sourcer and second full time addition to the recruiting team. You get the opportunity to build processes from scratch. Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates. Strategize and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. You will be a huge part of Clarifai’s growth in an immense scaling period. Suggest job boards, tools, and other resources to make sourcing more efficient and effective. Become a senior sourcer or recruiter, you’ll get the support you need to grow. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Your Experience:

• You have at least 2-3 years experience working in tech startup or a fast paced environment, you can pivot at any minute
• Preferably, you’ve filled AI roles before or recently, e.g. Data Scientists, Researchers, Machine Learning Engineers, etc.
• You’re a Boolean search wizard and experienced with Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and Greenhouse ATS
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership
• You’re a quick learner and can make executive calls quickly
• You can speak and write clearly and articulately
• Great intake skills, you know how to get what you need to search for the right people
• You stay organized, have great attention to detail, and have great time management skills
